No. Horizon is a free Shopify theme. This is an independent collection of storefront designs, upgrades and setup tools created by Robbin for Horizon.
One license covers one Shopify store, yours or a client's. A second store needs a second license, so building for clients means one license per client store. Doing that regularly? Email info@learnwithrobbin.com and Robbin will arrange a price. Full terms on the license page.
You receive the files, the importer and the guided installation process needed for the design you pick. Horizon itself you install directly from Shopify.
